Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent based in Cairo, Egypt. The primary responsibilities include managing customer reservations, booking tickets, addressing client inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The role necessitates expertise in travel and tourism, along with the ability to assist customers in planning and purchasing travel arrangements. The agent will also work closely with the sales team to enhance customer experiences.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills are essential for interacting effectively with clients and addressing inquiries.
Proficiency in Reservations management issue, reissue and refund expertise in Travel & Tourism industry practices are expected.
Sales acumen to promote services and assist with upselling travel packages and options.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with reservation and ticketing software is a must like Amadeus, Travel Port Galileo and other L.L.C Portals.
