Job Description
- Supervise and monitor all mechanical site activities (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Infrastructure works if applicable).
- Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and other disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare material submittals and follow up on consultant approvals.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved shop drawings and project standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
