RCM & Insurance Manager (Offshore - Cairo Office)The RCM Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire insurance lifecycle, ensuring financial sustainability, and optimizing revenue collection while maintaining strict adherence to Saudi Arabian healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities Comprehensive RCM Oversight: Manage the end-to-end revenue cycle, including patient registration, eligibility verification, medical coding, billing, and claims submission. Denial Management & Prevention: Analyze denial trends, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize rejection rates and optimize recovery through medical justification. Compliance & Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all operational processes are fully compliant with the Council of Health Insurance (CHI/CCHI) regulations and the NPHIES platform standards. Financial Reporting: Generate and present detailed performance reports, including accounts receivable (AR) aging, net revenue analysis, and collection KPIs to the executive management. Contracting & Pricing: Support the evaluation of insurance contracts, manage price lists, and ensure that all agreements are accurately reflected in the system. Revenue Diversification: Implement strategies to maintain a healthy balance between different revenue streams (Cash, Credit, and Charity) and avoid over-reliance on delayed payment models. Inter-Departmental Coordination: Act as a bridge between the offshore office and the operational facilities in KSA to ensure seamless data flow and documentation. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of medical coders and billing specialists, ensuring high accuracy and productivity. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor of Medicine (MBBCh/MD) is mandatory. Candidates must be qualified Medical Doctors. Market Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically within the Saudi Healthcare Market. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in ICD-10-AM, ACHI/AR-DRG coding, and hands-on experience with the NPHIES system. Location: Based in Cairo, Egypt (Full-time at the Group’s regional office).
