We’re looking for a trend-spotter who lives on the internet and knows how to secure viral content before it peaks. You’ll bridge the gap between content discovery and deal-making.
(The Role)
Source & Scout: Identify high-potential viral videos across TikTok, YouTube, IG, and Reddit.
Negotiate & Close: Lead outreach and secure licensing agreements directly with creators.
Manage Pipeline: Independently own your workflow, from initial contact to onboarding.
Collaborate: Work closely with our NA operations team to hit acquisition targets.
(What You Bring)
2–3 Years Experience: Background in content acquisition, media, or talent scouting.
Social Savvy: Deep understanding of the creator economy and social ecosystems.
Closer Mindset: Exceptional negotiation skills and a drive to hit targets.
Autonomy: Comfortable managing a remote pipeline with minimal supervision.
Language: Fluent English but other languages is a plus!

Background in journalism or digital storytelling.
A proven "eye" for what makes content go viral.
